Content Strategy Workshop
In a situation where many lead editors were thrust into the strategy role w/ little to no guidance, I created a 3-day workshop for content strategy leads to ensure strategy was being handled similarly across the disparate channels.

Workflow that left room for individual channel nuances
Strategy guidelines / template
Formalized voice, tone documentation - differentiated by persona, from channel to channel
Support across channels
Accessibility
I’ve facilitated brown-bag sessions for the broader design team and introduced clear guidelines for accessibility and inclusion in our style guide.
Both of these not only increased the visibility of the content design team, but they also provided the first of many important steps towards making accessibility guidance a core foundational element for our cross-functional partners.
